Aishwarya Rai was all silent when Katrina replaced her as the Indian face of Barbie girl. However, it was too much for Aishwarya to handle when Kat replaced her as brand ambassador of a leading jewellery brand.

Aishwarya hinted that Katrina can’t replace her when she said that only she didn’t renew the contract but she left it and joined another brand.

Katrina Kaif Real Name is Katrina Turquotte | Katrina Kaif is Fake Name

Times of India recently interviewed wife of Jackie Shroff where they ask her lot of questions regrading her marriage life with Jackie, relationship with husband post home production Boom and investment in Sony. A set of questions were related to Katrina Kaif and what she discloed was eye catching that Katrina Kaif is not the real name of Katrina Kaif.

Ayesha Shroff disclosed that she Katrina met at a party once and they just greeted each other.

Ayesha casted her in movie BOOM but Katrina had an English surname, which was not easy to pronounce. She is not Katrina Kaif originally. She is Katrina Turquotte. We wanted to give her a surname which would be accepted by the Indian audience. First we thought of naming her Katrina Kazi, but then we thought Kazi would have a religious overtone. So we thought of Kaif.

On asking Ayesha more that Katrina insists she has a Kashmiri father, she resplied if that?s what she says, you have to believe her. Her name on her passport that time was Katrina Turquotte.

Poor Salman! Katrina to act with Shah Rukh

New Delh, August 11: King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and the lucky mascot Katrina Kaif will be seen together in a big budget film!

For all of you, who are rubbing eyes in disbelief, Yash Raj production House has roped in their favourite SRK and India's Barbie girl Katrina in their next film which will go to the floors early next year.It is reported that either Aditya Chopra or Kabir Khan may direct the movie.

"SRK has remained in the safe zone, he needs to be a tad more adventurous about his co-stars, and that's where Katrina comes into the picture," a source was quoted by a national daily as saying.

Don't know how Katrina's beau Salman Khan will take the news after he had fallout with SRK in Kat's birthday party in 2008. But our glam girl Katrina is not letting her personal issues and Salman's sour relationship with others affect her career.
